VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features
Structure describing whether the implementation supports v2 synchronization commands
The VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features
structure is defined as:
typedef struct VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features {
VkStructureType sType;
void* pNext;
VkBool32 synchronization2;
} VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features;
or the equivalent
typedef VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2FeaturesKHR;
This structure describes the following feature:
sType
is a VkStructureType value identifying this structure.pNext
isNULL
or a pointer to a structure extending this structure.-
synchronization2
indicates whether the implementation supports the new set of synchronization commands introduced in VK_KHR_synchronization2.
If the VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features
structure is included in the pNext
chain of the
VkPhysicalDeviceFeatures2 structure passed to
vkGetPhysicalDeviceFeatures2, it is filled in to indicate whether each
corresponding feature is supported.
VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features
can also be used in the pNext
chain of
VkDeviceCreateInfo to selectively enable these features.
Valid Usage (Implicit)
VUID-VkPhysicalDeviceSynchronization2Features-sType-sType
sType
must be VK_STRUCTURE_TYPE_PHYSICAL_DEVICE_SYNCHRONIZATION_2_FEATURES
