To dynamically set the

state, call:

VK_DYNAMIC_STATE_COVERAGE_MODULATION_TABLE_ENABLE_NV
set in
VkPipelineDynamicStateCreateInfo::pDynamicStates
.
Otherwise, this state is specified by the
VkPipelineCoverageModulationStateCreateInfoNV::coverageModulationTableEnable
value used to create the currently active pipeline.
