vkCmdSetDepthBiasEnable
To dynamically enable whether to bias fragment depth values, call:

commandBufferis the command buffer into which the command will be recorded.depthBiasEnablecontrols whether to bias fragment depth values.
This command sets the depth bias enable for subsequent drawing commands
when drawing using shader objects, or
when the graphics pipeline is created with
VK_DYNAMIC_STATE_DEPTH_BIAS_ENABLE set in
VkPipelineDynamicStateCreateInfo::pDynamicStates.
Otherwise, this state is specified by the
VkPipelineRasterizationStateCreateInfo::depthBiasEnable value
used to create the currently active pipeline.
