vkCmdSetPrimitiveTopology
To dynamically set primitive topology, call:
void vkCmdSetPrimitiveTopologyEXT(
VkCommandBuffer commandBuffer,
VkPrimitiveTopology primitiveTopology);
commandBufferis the command buffer into which the command will be recorded.primitiveTopologyspecifies the primitive topology to use for drawing.
This command sets the primitive topology for subsequent drawing commands
when drawing using shader objects, or
when the graphics pipeline is created with
VK_DYNAMIC_STATE_PRIMITIVE_TOPOLOGY set in
VkPipelineDynamicStateCreateInfo::pDynamicStates.
Otherwise, this state is specified by the
VkPipelineInputAssemblyStateCreateInfo::topology value used to
create the currently active pipeline.
Valid Usage
